How we service the church:

Evans/Davis & Company specializes in assisting churches in the planning and management of stewardship programs, capital campaigns and planned giving programs. The unique feature of the firm is its ability to channel the needs of the church into a fund-raising program that is efficient and cost-effective. After meeting with the church’s leadership, Evans/Davis develops a customized plan for success.  The plan varies according to the congregation’s size, strengths and aspirations. Evans/Davis does not employ a “cookie cutter" or “one size fits all" approach.

Once selected as counsel, the firm can meet as frequently as necessary with each church to shepherd the congregation through the entire fund-raising process—from initial planning to successful implementation.  Throughout, the emphasis is upon the positive impact that a well-managed fund-raising program can have on the ministry and mission of the church.

Once the time-line and service requirements are determined, one of the firm’s highly qualified consultants will guide the fund-raising program under the guidance of a senior officer.

An officer of Evans/Davis & Company will be pleased to attend an exploratory meeting with church leaders to discuss the church’s needs, and explain the company’s services, fees and schedules at no cost or obligation.
