We Start With Leadership

After meeting with the organization’s leadership, Evans/Davis develops a customized plan for success.

Some of the areas that would be discussed:

Has a long-range vision plan been developed and ready for implementation?

How well does your potential donor base know your current programs and services?

Does the community understand your value and the benefits you provide?

Does your fund-raising strategies include annual, capital and planned or deferred giving?

Once selected as counsel, we can meet as frequently as necessary with each organization through the entire process—from initial vision planning to successful implementation.  Throughout, the emphasis is upon the positive impact that a well-developed fund-raising strategy will have on the growth and advancement of the organization.

Once the time-line and service requirements are determined, one of the firm’s highly qualified consultants will guide the fund-raising program under the guidance of a senior officer.
